Fifty years
on the table.
We've been cutting and sewing garments since before your suppliers' suppliers. Our own factories, a network we trust with our name — and everything we've learned about where production goes wrong, yours before it costs you.

What we lay on the table
Seven categories, cut in our own factories or placed with the partner we'd use for our own product. Open any piece to see what's come off it.
— if it isn't on the table, ask. fifty years covers a lot of ground.
We don't say we're a factory.
We just show you the floor.
Each station speaks for itself — what it does, what it's good at, and what to watch. This is what we've learned running it.

The cutting room
Where every order starts — one lay, one marker, zero wasted cloth.
What to look for: a clean lay edge and a marker efficiency above 85%.

Screen printing line
Puff, discharge, water-based — each ink has a fabric it loves and one it ruins.
Pros: durability, hand feel. Cons: setup cost under 200 pieces.

Embroidery unit
Stitch density decides whether a logo sits on the garment or fights it.
Ask for a sew-out before bulk — always.

Stitching floor
Four-thread overlock on knits, flatlock where the seam meets skin.
SPI 10–12 on wovens; anything less shows by wash three.

Quality check station
Every piece, not every tenth. AQL is a floor, not a target.
We check against your approved sample, not against memory.

Finishing & packing
Steam, fold, polybag, carton — the last place a good garment gets ruined.
Carton drop-tested before it ever carries your name.
The board never lies
We run every order — ours and the partners' — on one board. Where your lot is, what stage it's in, what's next. Not a PDF at the end of the week; the floor, live.
You hand us the vision
Tech pack, sketch, or a reference garment — we work with whatever you have. If it isn't production-ready, we make it so, and tell you exactly what was missing.
We quote it straight
Feasibility, fabric sourcing, a real number fast. The quote you sign is the quote you pay — fifty years is long enough to know what things cost.
Samples until it's right
Fifteen to twenty days, photos and measurements at every stage. You approve against the sample, never against a promise.
Production you can watch
Your order moves on the board — cut, stitched, checked, shipped. Every stage documented, every lot traceable. We deliver what we promise.

What fifty years teaches you
Not a pitch. The things we'd tell you over a cutting table if you visited — written down because most factories never will.
Where newcomers go wrong
They negotiate price before they've seen a sew-out. They approve a sample under showroom light and bulk arrives different. They don't ask who actually owns the machine their garment runs on. We've watched it for fifty years — now we tell you before it costs you.
We own the machines, and the relationships
Our factories are ours. The network we place work with was built order by order, tested with our own product first. You're never handed to a factory we wouldn't use ourselves.
Small orders get the same floor
Fifty pieces runs on the same lines, the same QC, the same board as five thousand. Big factories deprioritise you; this table doesn't have a small end.
We deliver what we promise
The date we give you is the date it ships. That's the whole reputation, and it's why brands stay for years, not seasons.

Word travels the district
“Working with Threadcrew has been a game-changer. The quality is consistent, the communication is clear, and they actually deliver on time.”
“We've worked with manufacturers across three continents. Threadcrew is the only one that treats our 200-piece orders with the same care as our 5,000-piece runs.”
“The transparency is what sold us. Being able to see inside the factories and understand the process made all the difference for our team.”

First brand or fiftieth — send us what you're making and we'll tell you straight what it takes, what it costs, and where it could go wrong. That conversation costs nothing.
